1. Designs and develops auxiliary tooling and fixtures used in production and promotes mass production;
2. Completes the automated and intelligent development of equipment, improves the design drawings and implements the production of accessories;
3. Carries out timely technical transformation or adjustment for defects in the mechanical equipment according to the characteristics of the products.duct user files; develops and maintains customer relations; carries out customer satisfaction survey and conducts regular analysis and feedback.

1. Experience in mechanical design, ability to skillfully use drawing software like CAD and SolidWorks as well as office software;
2. Clear and flexible in thought, divergent thinking, strong communication and expression skills, and strong pressure resistance;
3. Experience in developing machinery and equipment in garment factories is preferred.
