1. Good command of the design intention, fabric performance and product development plan for the whole season;
2. Adjusts the pattern and process of the product, and reviews the prototype, sample dress and process of the first pattern;
3. Completes design and sample dress review together with relevant personnel;
4. Tracks production quality related matters;
5. Assists the manager in team building activities and daily management of the department.

1. More than 5 years of pattern-making experience in large men's wear enterprises;
2. Strong knowledge of textile and clothing, products, and human body structure;
3. Familiarity with clothing quality management standards and production process;
4. Proficiency in fashion CAD software, masters office software and network application skills;
5. Good communication skills and language proficiency, strong information collection and analysis abilities.
