4. Knowledge of global fashion trend of high-end career women's wear and integrates the latest fashion elements into pattern design.

1. Experience in clothing CAD software, more than 5 years of experience in women's clothing pattern making for first-tier brands;
2. Has a deep understanding of women's clothing samples, and can independently guide the process;
3. Strong knowledge of high-end career women's wear pattern and style, quality management standards and production technology;
4. Excellent communication and coordination skills, as well as aesthetic and innovation ability.
